What does the red light on the control panel mean?
The red light indicates that the water level is too high. If the dosage light is on in a high water event flip the hand off auto switch to pump hand for no more than 15 minutes. If the light persists, give us call at 419-934-5663.
How do I silence the audible on my control panel?
Pushing the silence button on the side of the control panel will silence the alarm. The red light will remain flashing. Call A&D Excavating for assistance.
How do I know what type of septic system I need?
The type of septic system required is based on your soil type(s).
I have a mound system. Where is the septic tank located?
The septic tank will be located closest to the house. The dose tank will be immediately following.
Where is the filter located in my septic tank?
The filter is located in the second lid from the house.
Do I need to have my septic system inspected?
New systems must always be inspected by health departments after installation. Depending on the type of system installed, homeowners are also required to submit system inspections annually or biannually. Most counties require that inspections are performed by a licensed septic installer. Contact your local health department for more information.
Can my entire system be buried?
Green lids, control box, and alarm panel must be above ground and septic clean out cap must be exposed.
